As the assumption that heat transfer limit of heat pipe is not considered, the boundary condition of inner of heat pipe can be set to dummy materials except considering the materials attributes of heat pipe.

The influence of polymer and organic fiber on the strength of

Introduction Light aggregate concrete is widely used in high-rise building, frame structure, building energy saving wall and has the following advantages, for example lightweight, high strength, heat preservation, thermal insulation, refractory, antifreeze, anti-seismic and so on[1,2], the consumption of light aggregate concrete is second only to common concrete, and it is a kind of promising new building materials.
Experiment Procedure The Main Raw Materials. (1) Cement: ordinary portland cement 42.5.(2) Fly ash: the chemical components of fly ash is as follows: SiO2: 59.93%; Al2O3+TiO2: 20.16%; Fe2O3: 4.24%; CaO: 0.92%; MgO: 1.45%; ignition loss: 7.98%.(3) Ceramsite: this experiment using expansion shale ceramsite, apparent density 475 Kg/m3, cylinder pressure strength 5.1 MPa, water absorption 10%.(4) EPS particles: using waste polystyrene foam plastic, breaking into the EPS particles apparent density is 15 Kg/m3.(5) Polymer latex: a self-made modified ethylene/vinyl acetate resin and polyvinyl formaldehyde copolymerization emulsion, solid content is 15.8%.(6) Organic fiber: the polypropylene film crack short fiber, the main properties are shown in table 1.

In order to know the influence of heat exchange efficiency under different channel shapes, structures and materials, the test piece is designed to be replaceable.
The material of shell as well as inlet and outlet ports is selected PP-R which has good toughness and intension.
So in order to meet the research requirements, just switching to a different experimental test piece, we can go on studying heat exchangers with different structures and materials.
