It is affected by plenty of factors, including above all the quality structure of the belt conveyor, optimal construction, production, and properties of the conveyor belt as such, adequate solution of conveyance route shifting, reasonable maintenance, and quality repairs of conveyor belts.
Conveyor belt Lifetime is affected by plenty of factors: structure of the belt conveyor, construction, production, and properties of the conveyor belt, solution of conveyance route shifting, reasonable maintenance, and repairs of conveyor belts [2,5].
Based on all the facts, it is very difficult to take into consideration all factors that affect the lifetime of the conveyor belt.
There are plenty of factors that affect the overall lifetime, reasons of wearing, as well as duration of individual renewal cycles.
All these factors can be mutually combined and together they may affect lifetime of the conveyor belts.

In order to control the springback, the factors that influence its intensity must be known and controlled.
The researches show that the springback intensity depends on material properties, process parameters and tools geometry.
Concerning the process parameters and conditions, the most important factors that influence the springback intensity are the blankholder force and friction between tools and blank [8, 9, 10].
The mechanical properties of the used material in the case of FEM simulations are given in Table 2.

The results show that the polyurethane concrete also has sufficiently good mechanical properties while it has the characteristic of fast patching.
