Application of different fabricating process, physical and mechanical properties of polysiloxane sheet composites.
The covalent bonding of SiO2 acts as a crosslink with high functionality that induces significant change in mechanical properties [21].
Mechanical properties Mechanical properties are also one of the important properties analysed to determine the effect of the composites.
Mechanical properties of polysiloxane composite that has been studied previously are as compiled in Table 3.

The tested oil film working properties was analyzed by comparison with theoretical or simulation references.
Experiments show that film balance time and thickness are two key parameters for describing oil film properties, and that working condition factors such as supply pressure, lubricating fluid temperature also notably affects the film thickness and its configuration, but they don’t show equivalent action.
The port pair gap is affected by structure and motion precision from itself and other parts.
Moreover, leakage flow rate, viscidity and oil temperature and frictional torque etc, are also the important characteristic parameters because all of them have a bearing up on oil film shape or properties.

This experimental study was undertaken to identify the significant factors that affect the output responses while machining of 10 vol%Al2O3/Al composite material.
However, since the material is subjected to such a high temperature, the mechanical and chemical properties of workpiece may be affected adversely.
The physical and mechanical properties of the composite material are provided in first section of Table 1.Using causal method and a preliminary pilot study, the factors that may affect these three responses in EDM were identified.
The results are in line with those reported in literature [17] which reported that pulse on-time is the most significant factor affecting the thickness of recast layer while machining dual phase Fe-Mn-Al alloy.
CONCLUSIONS The experimental study was undertaken to identify the significant factors that affect the output responses while machining of 10 vol%Al2O3/Al composite material.

The basic characteristic of the piezoelectric materials were analyzed and the affecting factors of characteristics were derived.
The model thickness greatly affected its stiffness and indirectly affected its output characteristics.
Introduction Mechanical equipment vibration was an important engineering problem.
In this paper, the model of single piezoelectric sheet piezoelectric materials was presented by ANSYS finite element techniques and was used to study the characteristics of piezoelectric materials and to derive the factors that were affecting its characteristics.

Introduction Ball milling (BM) is one of the possibilities to prepare materials with exceptional mechanical and magnetic properties.
This change in the microstructure can affect mechanical and magnetic properties, particularly, coercivity, Hc, and squareness ratio, Mr/Ms, which are very important parameters from an industrial point of view [2,3].
Microstructural [4-6] and magnetic properties [7,8] of ball milled Co have been previously reported.

The performance of structures made of PCM is adversely affected by such features of properties that distinguish them from metallic materials, such as anisotropy, dependence of strength and stiffness on the direction of action of operating loads, and reduced impact toughness [3, 5-8].
The abovementioned allows us to consider that research and development of new methods of physical modification of PCM to give them the required set of properties, taking into account the influence of environmental factors, are relevant for science and practice.
Problem Statement The physical methods of modification in order to improve the mechanical properties of products made of non-metallic materials, among them PCM, include the use of exposure to a microwave electromagnetic field, which makes it possible to form a set of properties specified by technical conditions in the volume of a material based on thermal and non-thermal effects [11-15].

The experimental results showed that the physical and mechanical properties of Nano Zinc Oxide/PP/PLA composites filaments depended on the following factors of the percentage of NZOP, the percentage of maleic anhydride (MAH), the plasma treatment parameters, helium gas flow rate, output power, sample treatment or stationary time and oxygen gas flow rate.
NZOP are effectively a bridge between bulk materials and atomic or molecular structures that the increase in surface area to volume ratio alters mechanical, thermal and catalytic properties of its.
The reported values of all the mechanical properties have been averaged over at least 32 independent measurements. 2.6 Orthogonal test design.
To further investigate the significance of affecting factors, ANOVA was carried out using SAS 8.2 Analyst linear ANOVA and the results are listed in Table4.

Affect of the catalyst support pore structure upon the catalyst operational performance was analyzed. 1.
Pore structure, porosity and material of the monolithic support define the mechanical, hydraulic and thermal properties of the catalyst as a whole.
Mechanical properties The comparative strength vs porosity data for different porous solids can be quantified, in the general case, by Eq. 1 [10].
Summary Pore structure of the monolithic catalyst support affects the catalyst operational performance: its ability to withstand mechanical loading, hydraulic losses, activity.
Limiting factors can be high superficial linear flow velocity and dynamic mechanical loading.

Now, the number of interfaces also increase as the particle size decreases and these interfaces become the dominating factors in contribute to the mechanical-, electrical-, and other properties.
Correspondingly, it becomes imperative to device solute drag effects on the microstructural development and affecting the resulting properties.
