The proposed device belongs to the bolt-clamped type ultrasonic device, and d33 working mode of PZT ceramics is adopted.
Alternating voltages and phase difference (frequency 20.322 kHz, period number 20) were applied on the PZT ceramics to accomplish the transient analysis.

Fibers are used mainly for the material reinforcement, and sometimes for the thermal stability [5] and the metal, aramid, acrylic, and ceramic fibers are recently used instead of conventional asbestos fiber which caused environmental problem.
The ingredients include Alkyl Benzene Phenolic Resin, Vermiculate, copper powder, hydrated lime, tin powder, synthetic graphite, NBR Rubber, MOS2, friction dust, ceramic fiber and Zirconia.
