Introduction
In the mushy state, alloys consist of spherical solid particles suspended in a liquid matrix.
Because compressive deformation is the main deformation style in the metalworking, and the compressive behavior of semisolid alloys is completely different from that of solid alloys due to its peculiar properties.
The aims of unconstrictive compressing test for 7A04 alloy in this paper are: firstly to identify the strain rate sensitivity of semisolid alloys; and secondly to evaluate the effect of macroscopic variables such as strain rate, deformation temperature on the stress response of the alloy and the final microstructure such as segregation of liquid phase and deformation of solid phase.
In addition, the flow behavior of semisolid alloys with equiaxed microstructure is also described.

Introduction
Due to the increasing cost of raw materials and especially copper alloys, mechanical and electrical industries found alternative products to replace copper.
In comparison, a raw CCA wire was also annealed in the same conditions at 400 °C to increase the growth velocity of the intermetallic compounds.

The aim is to get the microstructure evolution law of reheating hypereutectic Al-Si alloys after adding Fe and Mn.
Nevertheless, the studies, aiming at microstructure evolution law of reheating hypereutectic Al-Si alloys after adding Fe and Mn, is still insufficient.

The machining process of titanium alloys always need special control by using coolant and lubricant as it is one of the difficult-to-cut materials.
At same times, titanium alloys are recognized as a difficult-to-cut material [1-8].
However, some of them, especially extreme pressure additives, contain Cl, S or P compounds which endanger to environment and people health.
There are many methods to deal with the machining problem of titanium alloys, although it belongs to difficult-to-cut materials [8].
The cutting temperature of titanium alloys is much higher than that of C45 steel, which is another machining character of titanium alloys.

Some are used as solid solution strengtheners, while others are added because they form various desirable intermetallic compounds [3].Aluminum alloys containing silicon as the major alloying element offer excellent castability, good corrosion resistance, and can be machined and welded [4].
In this family of alloys of hypoeutectic compositions strengthening of Al-Si alloys is achieved by adding small amounts of Cu, Mg or Ni. [5-7].
The various heats of this alloy were prepared using Al ingot and different master alloys.
Sometimes the salts also cause porosity in the solidified alloys.

This is also the reason why most exiting Mg-Al alloys (such as AZ, AM magnesium alloys) has a content of Al less than 10wt.%.
The possibility of the formation of metallic compounds is relative to the elements’ electronegativity difference.
The more the electronegativity difference, the easier the formation of the compounds[9].

Light and highly resistant, magnesium has been more and more included into alloys composition, especially in automotive and electronic devices.
Usual automotive applications for magnesium alloys are gearbox, cylinder head covers and other types of covers, when electronic industry uses this alloys for mobile computers and mobile phones frames (chassis).
Since this process strength resides in achieving fast production pace, the study hereafter aims to investigate the behavior of AZ31 (magnesium alloy with 3% of aluminum and 1 % of zinc) during press forming process.

A selective Cr depletion was observed to weaken the stability of the passive film on the alloys.
This work aims to look at an electrochemical interaction of lead on Ni-base alloys and Ni, Cr as a function of the solution pH and lead concentration.
It seems that an increase of the anodic peaks promotes a SCC of the alloys.
This result is caused by the Ni itself or Pb compounds deposited during the initial delay before the anodic scanning.

The aim of this study is the analyses of wear mechanisms occurring during machining of Alloy 625.
These alloys belong to the most difficult to machine materials.
Hence, 18 tools were analyzed after the cutting of Alloy 625.
An XRD record of the rake face shown in Fig. 1 indicated three main compounds – WC, Al2O3 and TiN – which the cutting tool is created from.
