Introduction Fatigue damage is one of the major failure modes of civil engineering structures, such as railway road steel bridges structures/elements, onshore or logistics structures, etc.
These dependences can be important for sensitivity analysis of civil engineering steel structures under fatigue load, when the calibration curves are utilized as input parameters.

Rail transit projects is involved in many technology area, value management object including network planning line design, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical operation equipment system, the project is a large-scale project with long construction period, value management object choice complex.
From the rail transit projects in the structure analysis, it is known that the large investment of all the parts of the proportion of investment, respectively; Civil structure 25% ~ 30%, 10% ~ 50% vehicles, power supply 6% ~ 9%, and communication signals 3% ~ 6%, 5% ~ 7% depot, other costs (whose house, capital interest, etc) 10% ~ 15%, and choose these important object should be the focus of management application value.
The results of the produce such reasons may be above the sub-project of state has been very ideal, or it can be an appropriate increase in cost; A and B of A value coefficient is less than "1", which show that the real cost is higher than the lowest cost, should be an important object of value engineering activities.
