Determination of parameters of dynamic impact is determined by engineering calculations of detonation, deflagration and other types of detonation.
Since when using thick sheets in building structures (columns and beams of a metal frame), the metal must withstand more complex load patterns than civil construction, it was necessary to adjust the controlled rolling modes in order to obtain a structural state of the rolled metal that would not only increase its strength and performance indicators, and also ensures the necessary properties in three directions: along, across and along the thickness of the rolled product [6 – 7].

Environmental protection measures must be taken and special programs must be prepared for projects of a certain degree of danger in preparation of design of the construction enterprises Read those drawings before the preparation so as to understand the purpose of design; make the on-site inspection of the geological feature and neighborhood; while the preparation is in process, make it full, operational and instructive according to the characteristics and location of project; after its preparation is done, the program shall be approved by the technical leader from construction enterprises and chief supervising engineer from supervising agency before being put in use. 4.
