Among these three problems, interlaminar delamination is a common failure mode in the composite materials.
In the early stage, carbon and glass fibers were commonly used as the reinforcement materials.
In order to estimate strength and stiffness, the structural materials are subjected to mechanical testing.
Experimental Procedure Materials Two glass fiber fabrics were used as reinforcement.

In the presentwork, the ranges of process parameters were selected based on the previous investigations of Davim and Reis (2004) on PEEK materials.
Materials Poly ether ether ketone with the grade name PEEK 450P (powder grade) was purchased from the company Victrex, UK.
Predrying of materials PEEK was dried in a dehumidifier for a period of 10 hours at 1600℃.
It is also clear from Fig. 1 that the wear is minimal at low values of both cutting speed and feed rate for all three composite materials tested.
A comparison of the performance reveals that the tribological aspects of both CF/PEEK and GF/PEEK materials are superior as compared to PEEK.

Fig 2 Suv frame finite element model
Frame assembly finite element model is shown in Fig 2,119 parts in total,76,424 nodes, the number of elements 70,489,which 68,616 quadrilateral elements, triple elements 1873,with the proportion of 2.7% triple elements and cell size taking 8mm ~ 12mm.
2.2 Material Properties
Frame Material: The use of low-carbon steel frame, to all parts of linear elastic material properties are given in HyperMesh, where the elastic modulus E = 2.07e + 05MPa, material Poisson's ratio λ = 0.3, density ρ = 7.8e -09T / mm3.
3 Modal Analysis
3.1 Frame experimental modal analysis results and comparison
The study is structural modal, that is,freedom modal, and some parameters are determined by characteristics of the material properties and the structure itself, not the external load conditions (ie there is no need adding any loads and constraints),and the forced vibration of the structure can be constituted by a linear combination of these basic characteristics under
