Experimental Procedures 2.1 The Preparation and Performance of Experiment Materials All the experiment materials were made in the Zhenjiang HuaLong Continuous Cast Iron Limited Company, their types were all LZQT500-7.
The mechanical behavior of ADI materials are listed in Table 2.
The big error existed in experiment may be caused by the uneven internal organization such as shrinkage defects of ADI materials and the imprecise of the machining and measuring process.

The starting and milled materials were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning (SEM) and transmission (TEM) electron microscopy, and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
Non-equilibrium processing of materials has been attractive due to the possibility of producing better and improved materials than is possible by conventional methods.

These materials have several constraints like the reduction of mechanical properties, fiber degradation, but above all, the release of toxic and irritant formaldehyde vapours during DP process and even during storage [6, 7].
