Introduction Cermet is a new type of engineering materials which has high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, good toughness and plasticity.
Fig. 4 RMS of Acoustic Emission and Table Speed As shown in Fig. 4, the AE RMS of two kinds of materials increases with the table speed increasing.
This is due to that acoustic emission energy materials released is in proportion to materials strain rate; the bigger materials strain rate is, the stronger acoustic emission signal [4].

Our research opens a new avenue for exploring the potential of CTO:Er materials in this field.
The synthesis process of the CTO:Er prototype has been researched by our team and published in a prestigious journal [11].

Recently, carbon nanoscale materials including graphene (GR) and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) were deposited on the crystalline Si for fabricating the carbon- Si solar cells use both materials' good electronic optical properties [4-5].
PLD technology depends on removing materials from the target by short-term pulses of high power laser (ND: YAG LASERS).
The Nanocarbon materials are deposited by PLD on porous silicon for fabrication solar cell devices.
XRD analysis which has been obtained for the nanocarbon powder that confirmed the fact that the materials are hexagonal polycrystalline structure.

It was established that inverter power supplies (as they reduce peak loading) provide better quality of welds (more stable process, lower amount of spatter) and this reduces the fabrication cost due to the reduction of deseaming operations, lower welding material consumption as well as improving the service reliability of the welding constructions.
Welding current variation range defined by the formula: (1) 4) the welding is done on samples of 9MnSi5 size 6х250х300 mm, coated electrodes; 5) weigh spray remaining after welding the box (msp); 6) weigh welding materials remaining after welding (me2); 7) determine the mass of filler material is consumed: (2) 8) A quantitative measure is the ratio of the metal spray spray Y, which is the ratio of weight to the weight of the spray of molten metal electrode according to the formula: (3) Works [7-10] study the impact of welding current magnitude upon the amount of electrode metal spatter when applying coated electrodes of various types but no such dependences were revealed when using different power supplies.
Summary The results of the study demonstrate that inverter power supplies provide high quality of welding (more stable process, lower spatter amount) and this reduces the production cost of the product due to reduction of deseaming operations, economizing on the welding material.
