Abstract.
The dynamic problem of plate-cone reticulated shell is also a very important problem in engineering design, but due to complexity of the structure, the wind vibration response analysis for plate-cone reticulated shell has not been seen at present, not adapting to the needs of engineering application.

Nanotechnology is a collective term for a set of technologies, techniques and processes– effectively a new way of thinking – rather than a specific area of science or engineering.
While having the tool, the laboratory, and the academic background in engineering, material science, and other disciplines plays a significant role, these are not the only factors necessary to further nanotechnology R&D.

Abstract:Natural water cycle is of river-basin characteristic, with obvious river-basin regularity in formation, movement and change.
The Engineering Mode of Efficient Utilization of Water Resources in Dagujia river The Main Projects.
At present, the engineering measures of efficient utilization of water resources in Dagujia river are as follow: eight barrages have been built on Waijia river, with interception and storage capacity 1.2×107 cubic meters, regulating and controlling 7.732×107 cubic meters water every year; Five barrages have been built on Neijia river, with interception and storage capacity 5.35×106 water cubic meters, regulating and controlling 1.721×107 cubic meters water every year; An underground reservoir has been built in the clip river mouth for the interception and storage of groundwater runoff, preventing seawater intrusion.
