Normalized release at 23 and 90 C for SOD.GF (top) and SOD.BG (bottom) samples
The measured concentrations of Li, Na, Al, Si, K, Rb, Sr, Cs, Ba, La, Nd present in the leachate were corrected by subtracting the measured background concentration of the blank samples and considering the loss in terms of final volumes as per ASTM calculation procedure.
No sorption or release was observed for Li, Na, Al, Si, K, Rb, Sr, Cs, Ba, La, Nd.
Normalized release (g×m-2) after 7 days leaching at 90 C Element Normalized Release [g × m-2] INL This study, SOD.GF This study, SOD.BG Li 0.66 0.614 2.230 Al 0.06 0.087 0.056 Si 0.05 0.157 0.168 Na 0.752 1.940 K 0.889 0.398 The analysis by scanning electron microscopy supports the results of the test (Fig. 6).
A comparison of the results obtained with those from a similar test by Idaho National Laboratory concerning a ceramic waste form prepared with the addition of a glass frit shows a comparable release of the matrix elements Al and Si.

Obasi et al. [5] investigated the effects of blend ratio of natural rubber and linear low density polyethylene on the diffusion characteristics while Dahlan et al. [6] studied on the liquid natural rubber (LNR) as compatibilizer in 60/40 NR / LLDPE blends.
Ahmad et al. [10] reported the PE-g-MA improves the aramid fiber and the thermoplastic natural rubber matrix thus increased the mechanical properties significantly.
At similar reported that by Supri et al. [10] the tensile strength of LDPE/tyre dust composites decreased as the loading of the tyre dust increased.

Roy et al. [12] reported that particulate metals can be heated rapidly in microwaves.
Roy,et[11] al also attributed the heating of metals to eddy-current losses from the electric field.
A similar phenomenon was also found by Booske, el al[16].
