The International Commission on Radiological Protection recommends reducing radiation exposure doses to the lowest possible level, bearing in mind the importance of ensuring radiation safety.
These facts caused the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) to revise its concepts as early as in 1978.
We imply the wastes of industrial origin, those from fuel systems, especially from coal-fired ones, which are used by construction industry enterprises as additives or components for various types of concrete, in silicate and ceramic manufacturing, in highway engineering.
It is well known that the effective specific activity of radium and radon emanation rate increase if steam-curing of concrete or autoclave treatment of silicate breaks are used, while burning of cement clinker or ceramic breaks considerably reduces the specified parameters [2].

Abstract.
Introduction In recent years, functionally graded materials (FGMs) have obtained considerable attention as advanced structural materials in some engineering applications.
The subscripts and refer to the metal and ceramic, respectively and the parameter n is known as the index of FGM.
