Abstract:This paper analysis the process of Al2O3 engineering ceramics grinding and study the mechanism of rotary ultrasonic-vibration grinding.
However, ceramic materials are easy to produce cracks because of its brittleness and high strength, thereby easily leading to stress concentration in use.
(a) (b) (c) Figure 2 Ultrasonic-vibration Grinding Mechanism The main function of rotary ultrasonic grinding of engineering ceramics is detailed as below (as shown in Figure 2): (1) Direct mechanical grinding action of abrasive grains: Abrasive grains rotating together with the tool extrude grinding workpiece materials under static load, thus causing it to produce small amount of plastic deformation and cracks and finally to produce brittle fracture

Abstract.
The q-composite key predistribution also uses a key pool but requires two sensors compute a pairwise key from at least q predistributed keys they share.
Application Of Wsn In Post-Disaster Road Monitoring System After the earthquake, roads and bridges are damaged, transmission and communication are interrupted, so the manpower and material for rescue can not be implemented in the first time to the disaster-affected area.
The time of decrypting key is longer than the time of updating key.
In the key establishment phase, the station and nodes consult shared keys with stored variables, including the key between cluster node and sense node, the key between cluster node and station.

Abstract: Based on the foreign remanufacturing mode, the new remanufacturing rapid forming technology, which relies mainly on Surface Repair and Performance Improving Method has been explored and practiced.
Simply, remanufacturing engineering is the industrialization of high technology maintenance to the waste productions.
The important character of remanufacturing engineering is that the quality of the remanufactured productions is as same as or superior to those of the new productions, and the cost is only a half of the new one, saving energy 60%, saving materials 70%, and decreasing the bad influence to environments.
Recently, there are three advance surface engineering technologies used in remanufacturing forming.

Abstract.
The opportunity for the inherent safety during engineering construction was analyzed.
The main hazardous factors of construction may result from mechanical equipment, temporary power utilization, basic engineering, structure engineering, etc.
For the engineering construction, the wear of wires and ropes should be as the key question to consider.

Abstract: The fiber material generally has higher tensile strength and toughness, which make up for the lack of tensile strength of concrete and the defects of drying shrinkage easily.
Due to its characteristics of materials and processes, shotcrete is widely used in underground engineering, building engineering reinforcement and protection, and make a good reinforcing effect and economic benefits.
Fiber reinforced concrete is composite material based on mortar or concrete with metal materials, inorganic fibers or reinforcing material.
Underground engineering is today one of the most widely used engineering for fiber reinforced concrete.
So, it is necessary to conduct a deeper research to further optimize the fiber Materials and concrete mix design, reduce cost, enhance the overall performance of concrete and better services for engineering design and construction.

One of the key options is focusing on innovative material that enables improvements on both energy efficiency and material efficiency of total product.
In this work, we tried to characterize some key performance indicators for lighting products (e. g. transmission and reflection) of those bio-based polymers in our engineering platform: a consumer luminaire system.
It means for most cases, the bio-based polymers are not drop-in replacement for its reference materials (PMMA or PC).
Concluding Remarks Bio-based materials have great potential as an enabler to improve eco-friendliness in lighting product.
Feasibility of innovative coating materials also shows that the progress of material can simplify current complex layer architecture in LED lighting.

Abstract.
The research ability of engineering students is a major guarantee for national scientific development.
There are several difficulties to carry out the course teaching for engineering students.
The engineering classroom course is designed in this paper using the case-based learning method.
During the 2nd to 5th weeks, teacher gives topics on basic theoretical knowledge and main skills of technology report and then each team begin to anatomize cases and analyze raw materials.
