The usual manufacturing method of color glass is done at high temperature in a melting furnace by
mixing the oxide substance of colorant containing transition element ions such as Fe3+, Co2+, Ni2 +
with raw materials of glass.

The concept of the workflow processes based on product structures and the Bill-of-Materials (BOM) in production planning has been explored in the nineties [1, 6-10].
On the basis of the hierarchical relationships of product structure, the algorithm solves the problems that the workflows of all materials cannot be advanced by normal order.

Although the Highway Asphalt Pavement Construction Specifications in china in 1994(JTJ 032-94)[8] and in 2004(JTG F40-2004)[9] have been specified the specification for materials in HMA and stated that asphalt mixes are not permitted to form segregation, there is no good method presented clearly in the Specifications that how to process these specified aggregates in a standard way.
