Normally, Ni-Cr alloys have a small temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) compared with some other metal materials.
Ni-Cr alloy which have a lower TCR can substitute platinum as the sensing material.
Experiment In the designed pressure sensor, Ni-Cr alloy is used as the sensing material.

Ultrasound assisted dilute acid - alkali pretreatment not only fficiently destroy the fiber structure of raw materials but also reduce the dose and intensity of acid and alkaline.

The three teeth solid carbide end milling tool is used, the cutting tool materials is YG8, tool diameter is Φ10 mm, and the relief angle is 15°, the length of tool is 60 mm, the length of tool cutting parts is 30 mm.
Reasonable choice of cutting parameters is an important condition to obtain good surface quality, according to different machines and different processing materials, the selection of cutting parameters are not the same.
