1.1 Materials and reagents
4,4’- diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI, from Yantai Wanhua Polyurethanes Co., Ltd.); Amino terminated polyether with molecular weight of 2000, and degree of functionality 2 (D-2000, from Yangzhou Chenhua Science & Technology Group Co., Ltd.) was vacuum dried at 100℃ for 3hours.

No distinct shoulders or secondary peaks, which would indicate the presence of heavily tilted domains, can be found in the HFCVD grown material.
The material produced in our process shows a clean Raman spectrum with sharp lines for cubic silicon carbide.
