Abstract.
Obviously, PUAVs will play important role in military and civil application, especially application in low altitude, for example, under 150m, where the operations of manned air vehicles are more dangerous [1].
In engineering application, the high order error model may cause worse result, especially for MEMS inertial sensors, whose performances are far lower than tactics level and navigation level sensors.

Introduction
Concrete is widely used in bridges, traffic irrigation projects, industrial and civil buildings in the whole world, just due to its superiorities of high performance and low cost.
As a result, its service life will be greatly shortened, causing engineering accidents and waste of resources [3].
Effect of self-healing on water permeability and mechanical property of Medium-Early-Strength Engineered Cementitious Composites[J].
