In this study, the models of water supply system and fire protection system were established adopting the Revit MEP software, and with the IFC file exported by MEP software the models are imported into a collision detection system developed by the authors to generate the B-rep model.
Since a complete model of water supply system and fire protection system has a huge amount of data, a model of three stories from basement 3rd to basement 1st of the medical building was selected to carry out collision detection experiments.
The experimental results would serve as references for the designs of water supply system and fire protection system.
More and more professional trades and personnel with frequent mobilization have been involved in as well.

The energy inputs and air emissions would be quantified ing in the following :carbon dioxide (CO2), acid precipitation (AP), nitrous oxides (NOX), sulfur dioxide (SO2), carbon monoxide (CO), particulate matter (PM)), water pollutant emissions( biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), chemical oxygen demand (COD), suspended solids (SS), dissolved solid (DS), heavy metals (HM), hydrocarbons (HC)), solid wastes and , lead (Pb) in three kinds of form, liquid, gas, and smoke dust or fly ash into the natural environmental system(Liao et. al.,2008) over the EB life cycles.
EB production process includes choosing raw materials like iron, steel, water and electricity, and manufacturing and assembling the components.
The energy consumption and emission of pollutants over the EB life cycle carried out by an inventory assessment are summarized as follows: (1) 90.7% of the energy consumption occurs in the usage state. 63.7% of energy consumption is caused by electricity generation. (2) Most of the gas emissions, CO2 96.8%, AP 98.0%, SO2 98.1%, CO 81.2%, NOX 74.4%, PM 75.5%, occur in the usage stage and are mainly produced by the combustion of anthracite. (3) Water emissions mainly arise from the production of raw materials and the usage stage, including 90.2% of suspended solids, dissolved substances and heavy metals. (4) 42.8% of solid waste is from the production of raw materials and 41.9% from electricity generation.

Furthermore, most pipelines in Taipei City are buried under the roads, of which the underground pipeline density is also the nation’s highest, and road excavation is inevitable because over ten types of lifelines underground need maintenance or replacement (for example, electric power, telecommunications, tap water, gas, street lamps, traffic signals, etc.).
Thus, after assessment and professional consideration, the construction of Luping Project adopted the following four-phase construction approach: Phase I (replacement of pipelines): the pipeline unit is responsible for replacing old pipelines or those buried at inadequate depths to prevent renovated roads from being damaged because of hollow refill or broken pipelines.
Lateral drainage slopes were required between blocks so that renovated roads could promptly drain waters on the road when it rained.
The road sections treated each year must be integrated in the previous year with construction plans, such as replacement of tap water pipelines, improvement of duct nets of sanitary sewers or underground electric poles engineering of electric power lines, with each pipeline unit to prevent from re-excavation after completion of Luping Project construction.

All aqueous solutions were prepared from quartz distilled deionized water which was further purified by a Millipore Milli-Q water purification system (Millipack 20, Pack name: Simpak 1, Synergy).
All aqueous solutions were prepared from Millipore water (resistivity, 18 ΩX; Millipore Systems).
A drop of a dilute solution of a sample in water on carbon-coated copper grids was dried in a vacuum and directly observed in the TEM.
The band may also be at least partly due to incorporated water.

Fig.1: Single core structure of "hard core areas-shadow areas- edge areas" circle Hard Core District: This is where large integrated facilities and upscale professional facilities are in.
In the procedure of fission and migration of the central district, the waterfront district, which have a great amount of land with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation, developed into the most vigorous area in the city gradually, satisfying the conditions for a new central district, with the charming coast line and water space perfect to improve the environmental quality of public activities.
It leads to the facts that in a city with natural rivers and lakes, the central district is always located somewhere we can make full use of waterfront, it is even so when the water area is adjacent to the central district
In the meanwhile, the vast shoreline and water space can provide rare natural conditions for improving the quality of the environment of hard cores (Fig. 2).

Volumes of experiments proved that application of biochar to soil could bring beneficial effects including improving soil structure, increasing pH and CEC, reduction leaching of water and nutrients [9].
Total P, total K, available N, available P, available K, were analyzed according to Routine Analysis Method for Soil Agricultural Chemistry edited by the Professional Committee of Agricultural Chemistry of Chinese Society for Soil Sciences (1989).
Bacterial number was counted by BF medium, fungal count by Martin agar medium and actinomycetes by Goss I medium. 10 g soil was put into 90 ml sterile water, stirred vigorously for 30 min, diluted serially, and plated onto different mediums.
PCR reaction mixture consisted: 25L 2 × PCR Master Mix, 0.5ul of each primer (25 pmol uL-1), 0.5uL of total genomic DNA, and 23.5uL of sterilized water (a final volume of 50 uL).
Microbes may buffer available N and P in case of leaching via under-ground water to lakes directly and thus reduce possibility of eutrophication.

Rail and water transport systems help to carry freights for long distances by reducing road time, which make high financial gains as well as substantial environmental benefits[26]. 4.
The development and utilization of inland water transport is limited even though there have been many cheap energy and environmental-friendly natural water bodies in most African countries.
Other constraints in Africa are poor safety and security as a result of communication problems, seasonal blockages of water-weeds to prevent inland waterway routes, lack of modern fleet to provide reliable transportation services and poor infrastructure at the terminals.

According to the order, the following UAVs were allowed to operate: DJI Phantom 2, DJI Phantom 2 Vision; DJI Phantom 3 Professional, DJI Phantom 3 SE; DJI Phantom 4, DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, DJI Phantom 4 GL300E, DJI Phantom 4 Advanced and Hubsan H502S FPV.
Method of search and planning route "Diverging box" The use of UAVs in reconnaissance on long stretches of land, water and ice is generally limited to conducting aerial reconnaissance tasks of linear objects, given the considerable distances that UAVs must cover.
When visually searching (using video cameras and IR cameras) aircraft UAVs fly at an altitude of 500-600 m, multi-rotor - at an altitude of 200-300 m above the terrain (obstacles, water surface).
However, it is essential that the connection is not lost even over a limited distance when propagating in the air with water vapor (fog, clouds), rain, snow and other obstacles that may weaken the signal.
