Introduction
As an exciting but still evolving technology, structural control has received serious attention from both researchers and civil engineers in the last four decades.
Structural control technology for alleviation of wind or earthquake response of civil engineering projects can be categorized into three broad areas: base isolation, passive energy dissipation systems and active control systems.

Abstract: After form a removal concrete cross ribbed beam floor in a commercial plaza, the vertical cracks are discovered, and the settlement analysis and reinforcement of a Cast-in-situ concrete floor are performed.
Engineering section III of the structural arrangement for the floor five is shown in Fig.1.January 4, 2004 casting the five floor concrete of section III, and January 25 form removal, early February lots of vertical cracks appear near the post-pouring belt of the cross ribbed beam.
The settlement of cross ribbed beams According the relative elevation of 0.500, bottom elevation of all the cross ribbed beam in engineering section III is measured one by one, the relative elevation of points in the floor is calculated.
Soffit formworks can be removed when curing concrete specimens with the same conditions achieve characteristic value of concrete tensile strength according to the “Concrete structure engineering construction quality inspection standard”

Abstract.
As Wang Tiehong, chief engineer of Ministry of Construction, said, architectural energy consumption, including energy consumption in construction and daily life, heating and air conditioning, etc., takes up 30% of the total social energy consumption.
The ground source heat pump, as a branch of heat pump technology application, is a heating-in-winter and cooling-in-summer engineering application technology on buildings from the ground or water as the heating or cooling source.
In order to satisfy demands for heating in winter, large heat exchange area is needed, which may be restricted by actual site area, and increase the original investment of the engineering project.
