Manganites or manganese-based oxide materials have been known since the early 1950s [2].
The most fundamental properties of these materials are a strong correlation between its structure, transport, and magnetic properties.
Praseodymium (III, IV) Oxide (Pr6O11, 99.9 %), Strontium Carbonate (SrCO3, 99.9 %) and Manganese (IV) Oxide (MnO2, 99.9 %) were used as the starting materials.

The stern shaft mechanical seal materials and boundary conditions setting The stern shaft mechanical seal materials.Floating ring (static ring and the bracket) using M106H graphite impregnated with epoxy resin embedding CESTIDUR (polyethylene, polyamide, poly synthetic materials formaldehyde resin), namely the friction face is CESTIDUR material; static ring bracket adopts M106H graphite; ring adopts 3Cr13 stainless steel.The structure parameters and property parameters of bracket and static, moving ring as listed in Table 1.
