It works better compared to the traditional water quality objective function and can be used in the engineering practice.
Among the engineering measures to improve the water quality in the plain river network and lakes, water diversion project has been becoming one of the most important measures in China before the pollution sources can be effectively controlled, such as Suzhou River in Shanghai[2], Foshan River in Guangdong [3] and Tai Lake basin [4].
Some environmental policies and engineering measures have been developed gradually to improve the water quality in the rivernet [14-15], such as the policies for controlling the pollution sources, the engineering measures of dredging and the water diversion project.

With regards to construction industry in Pakistan, which is constantly connected with various worries and difficulties for the engineers and now and again they attempted to sort out and often it has been overlook because of amateurish perspectives.
As the only regulatory body, the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) has yet to enforce health standards to be followed by construction stakeholders (Farooqui et al., 2007) [13].
PEC additionally puts together well-being training classes and required short seminars on proceeding with proficient turn of events (CPD), which are just accessible for engineers.
· The Pakistan Engineering Council ought to take the lead by setting up seminars and health and safety training courses for contractors.
