Introduction Geopolymer is a novel alkali-activated cementitious materials which use natural aluminum silicate mineral or industrial solid waste as the main raw materials.
In this paper slag and metakaolin were used as raw materials, geopolymer was prepared as cementitious material by alkali activator to produce geopolymer concrete.

The mechanisms of fatigue-crack propagation are examined with particular emphasis on the similarities and differences between cyclic crack growth in ductile materials, such as metals, and corresponding behavior in brittle materials, such as intermetallic and ceramics.
Fatigue, as understood by materials technologists, is a process in which damage accumulates due to the repetitive application of leads that may be well below the yield point.
The heterogeneity of material and stochasticity of microfracture and damage formation have a pronounced effect on the strength and fracture of materials, but can be hardly modeled with the use of the traditional methods, like the fracture mechanics or damage mechanics [11].
