This paper concerns some issues that were difficult application for the practical engineering or had potential to be improved.
Therefore, the replacement of hook by T-head as the end anchor can avoid the above problems so as to improve engineering application with good quality.
Acknowledgments: I would like to express my gratitude to LanZhou Engineering Co., Ltd and Chiasan Iron & Steel Industries Co., Ltd. for their funds, and to Ruentex Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. for its specimen production, thus this study can be finished smoothly.

In order to achieve a life-cycle use of BIMs, it is critical that the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry determine if it is moving closer to achieving a mature BIM standard or if organizationally it is still just grazing the surface of what BIM can do.
In 2009, Stanford’s Center for Integrated Facility Engineering (CIFE) developed their own VDC scorecard program which evaluates the maturity of VDC practices on individual construction projects based on their degree of innovation in areas of planning, adoption, technology and performance.
Within these organizations, the largest number of respondents (34%) indicated being in an upper management position in their respective organization or categorized themselves as project managers/project engineers (30%).
