Introduction Geopolymer is a novel alkali-activated cementitious materials which use natural aluminum silicate mineral or industrial solid waste as the main raw materials.
In this paper slag and metakaolin were used as raw materials, geopolymer was prepared as cementitious material by alkali activator to produce geopolymer concrete.

Through this process the characters with lowerhardness, lower plastic deformation resistance and better processing plastic of the steel can get. the properties of this steel can meet the requirement of cold forming process for materials.
Then put forward higher requirements for the alloy materials to their softening process, and hope to change the organization performance and improve the plastic characteristics of alloy material through heat treatment.
Quenching can meet the first two requirements. therefore to achieve the performance of the materials required, this experiment adopt quenching and cyclic spheroidizing annealing process for38CrMoAl.

Strength reliability, one of the key factors restricting wider use of composite materials in various applications, is commonly characterized by Weibull distribution function.
It has been proved that Weibull distribution is based on the weakest link model or series model which reflects the impact of material defects and source of stress concentration[1].Especially for a relatively small amount of data, Weibull distribution shows a relatively higher accuracy.

The present method is performed using an evidence theory to quantify the uncertainty present in the structure’s parameters such as material properties.
For uncertainty representation, the UQ framework uses all possible obtained values of structural material constants provided by designer in constructing separate belief structures for material constants.
