Introduction Ⅱ-Ⅵ ternary compounds, especially Cd1-xZnxS as direct band gap of semiconductor materials, have the advantages of band-gap, low resistivity and easy ohmic contact and been widely used as window material in high-efficiency CIGS and GdTe thin films solar cells[1-3].

Experimental Materials Low melting temperature polyethylene terephthalate fiber (LPET), 4 denier fiber fineness, 51 mm length, skin melting temperature 110oC.Recycling far infrared polyethylene terephthalate fiber (RFPET), 6 denier fiber fineness, 64 mm length, far infrared powder concentration 1.5 %, FROM True Young Co., Ltd Experimental Methods The material of the non-woven are Recycling far infrared polyethylene terephthalate fiber and the low melting temperature polyethylene terephthalate fiber, fiber mixing ratio is 80/20 wt%,use opener to let fixed fiber mixed and uniformed, than go through carding machine into the fiber net,expensesvertical stack of cotton molding machine laying up and needle punching, changing the number of layer.The study do the hot pressing at last to make the non-woven steady.
