Microstructure and Mechanical Behaviors of AZ91 Magnesium Alloy with Thermal Rate Treatment Technique Yongzhi Zhou1,a, Haoran Geng1,b,*, Yujie Sun1,c and Mei Li1,d 1School of Materials Science and Engneering, Unversity of Jinan, Jinan 250022, P R China azhouyongzhi@live.cn, bmse_genghr@ujn.edu.cn, csunyujie1207@126.com, dlimei8018@163.com, * correspondence author Keywords: AZ91 magnesium alloys; grain refinement; heat treatment Abstract.
At room temperature, fine grains of metal alloys can improve strength, ductility and toughness, so that grain refinement is an effective technical approach to improve the mechanical properties of materials.
Brinell hardness tester was used to test the hardness of materials, with test load 1000 kg, pressure head diameter 10mm, load time 30s.
After adding cold materials, cooling structure of the liquid alloy preserves the properties of magnesium alloy melt.

The results of simulations can be used to control strength of the interfacial layers of coated materials, as well as to understand the processes which are taking place in surface layers of materials under the contact.
Not only materials of contacting pair, but also mutual variations of crystallographic orientation of the metals in contact were studied.
The structure of this layer differs from the structure of the corresponding bulk materials.

Introduction Plasma technologies are widely used in modern micro and nanotechnologies.Plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) orremote plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (RPECVD), plasma etching methods are widely used to create new materials, modify the surface of materials, obtain the structures of elements of sensing microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), simplify and improve photoresist removal processes [2-4, 11, 15-17, 19-26].
PECVD processes, as compared with conventional vapor deposition methods, allow improving the obtained characteristics of materials by reducing temperatures, increasing adhesion of materials to the substrate.

Recently, the popular porous solid adsorbents of CO2 include metallic-rectangular organic compounds[8-9], zeolites molecular[10], amino-modified mesoporous materials[11-12] and so on.
However, the research more of that are amino-modified mesoporous materials, amino-modified resin and amino-modified activated carbon, studies about CO2 adsorption by natural mineral materials were not reported.
The structure, thermal property, and pore size distribution of materials in different stages were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, TG/DSC, BET, and the CO2 adsorption capacity of the modified material were determined by gravimetric analyzer.
