Flame spraying is widely used to apply coatings in the manufacture or reconditioning of a variety of machine parts (drive shaft journals in marine shafting, crank shaft main journals, pump rotors and casings, valve inserts and internal combustion engine cylinders, ship propellers and turbine rotor journals) [1, 3].
In the case of coatings subjected to hot plastic working, stresses connected with the difference in thermal expansion between the coating material and base as well as the phase transformations occurring in both materials added to the increase in the internal stresses due to plastic strain.

Preparation, Structure and Thermolysis Characteristics of Ammonia Borane Jianli Maa *, Haiyan Cao, Xiaoxia Zhangc and Dong Chend School of Materials Science and Engineering, Tianjin Chengjian University, 26 Jinjing Road, Xiqing District, Tianjin City, China amajianlih@sina.com, bchychem@163.com, czhangxiaoxiajia@163.com, dchendong0903@163.com Keywords: Ammonia Borane, Dehydrogenation, Thermolysis, Boric Acid Abstract: Ammonia borane (NH3BH3, AB) is an excellent source of hydrogen(19.6 wt %) for fuel cell applications.
The former is carried out by adhering the hydrogen to the absorbent such as nano-porous materials.

The micro-bridge comprises a thin layer (0.1-0.3μm) of sensitive materials.
Fig. 1.Mircobolometer structure Microbolometer is based on the measurement of a temperature change due to absorbed IR photons by sensitive materials such as vanadium oxides, a-Si:H, semiconductors, superconductors and so on [4].
Among all the sensitive materials, a-Si:H has high temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) and high resistivity to gain high responsivity [5], therefore, in recent years, the study aiming at microbolometer based on a-Si:H thin film has attracted a wide spread attention.
Fig. 8.Absorptivity vs. thickness of support layer Conclusion The simulation of the multilayer film system based on a-Si:H shows that, among all the IR absorbing materials, TiN has excellent IR absorption performance.
Compared with TiN, other IR absorbing materials (such as Si3N4, SiO2) are not so good, but can be used to act as the support layer or passivation layer.

Porous materials made from biocompatible metals such as stainless steel (316L) and titanium (Ti-6Al-V4) are currently in use as conventional material.
Because of this, porous NiTi alloy is chosen because it exhibits lower apparent elastic modulus close to human bones compared to other metallic materials [1,2].
