The proportion of non-energy-efficient buildings are still accounted for over 40% of civil construction, there is a certain energy-saving space.
We should see that in the construction and transport sectors, Beijing despite the energy-saving potential is large, but the building and transportation energy conservation is not just an economic problem, but is a matter of urban development, people's livelihood issues of life, so it is a complex social systems engineering.

Abstract
A novel concept of hot shortness control on copper containing weathering steels is proposed.
On the other hand, outside the steel plant, i.e. by the viewpoint of the customer, copper in steel is like a dream, due to its benefits in improving weathering and mechanical properties for uses in on board and off board welded structures, shipping and architecture & civil construction.
