One is a joint project with DuPont Company of America, using DuPont bio-based Sorona polymer as raw materials.
Thanks to the new energy-saving raw materials, carbon dioxide emissions per cloth ton is reduced by 4.42 tons to 3.69 tons.
This indicates that the technical innovation from the choice of raw materials has a greater effect on energy-saving and emission reduction,compared to the improvement of printing and dyeing technology.

HVOF is a thermal spraying technique, generally applicable to high-temperature coating materials including iron, nickel, and cobalt-based alloys.
HVOF is a highly promising technique for applying durable coatings on structural materials for corrosive and high temperature environments in advanced coal-fired boilers, steam turbines and gas turbines [3].
A clear interface division between the coating and substrate can be seen, indicating a weak bond between these two materials.

The sinterability and expansion property of the main raw materials was studied during the controlled trial burn tests.
Materials and Methods The raw materials used were obtained from Beishan mining area, located at Huanjiang, Guangxi Province, and clay samples were taken from Fangshan wilderness, Beijing.
Table 1 shows the main chemical composition of the raw materials by the XRF.
It should be noted that signs of materials melting is accompanied by big pores as shown in Fig. 3 (1140 °C), but unmelted ingredients still exist.
