Yang Qing-lin et al. considered the concepts similarity of semantic relation [3], while ignored the context which keywords appears.
Wang Xu-yang and Xiao Bo used a method which had considered both of the two factors [4], but dealt with the relation of first extension and second extension terms as independent, of course, it also brings some errors.
According to Tian’s research [4]: (1) the closer the place of two terms co-occur in a document set, the greater the co-occurrence frequency of two terms are. (2) The more the two terms co-occur in a document set, the greater the co-occurrence probabilities are. (3) The more the two terms occur in different documents, the greater the co-occurrence probability is.
