The introduction of the anti-bending dampers is seen as a significant reduction in the bending vibration of the carbody.
More concepts regarding the reduction of the carbody structural vibrations and enhancement of the ride comfort have already been introduced.
The damper efficiency related to the reduction of the bending carbody vibrations rises along with its length.
The introduction of the anti-bending dampers will trigger the reduction in the level of carbody vibrations, due to bending.

The status quo of China's water environment information system At present, China's environmental spatial data production, especially in some major cities in environmental monitoring and information system to provide data production has been basically formed a complete network operating system.
In particular, the data is constantly updated content platform structure to adapt to the water environment carrying capacity of the control requirements.
Strengthen regulation of the water environment carrying capacity based database development, application 3DS, network technology, automatic monitoring technology[5], focused on solving a large number of hydrological years, water quality data is scattered, the structure of a data processing application difficult problem of low efficiency, improve the water environment carrying capacity of the calculation accuracy and timeliness Establish control for the water environment carrying capacity of the service quality assurance data base systems and quality control standards to ensure the water environment information data collection, processing, use of "planning" requirements, submission of the results conclusions are accurate.

A constitutive model is applied to predict the flow stress of an fcc material up
to 30% straining after rolling to reductions of 19%, 39%, and 50%.
The latter results in a reduction in flow stress, the so-called Bauschinger effect, during a reversal test.
The parameters τ0, τ1, θ0, and θ1 = (25, 105, 425, 17) in Eq. (5) and others, used in the model have been characterized for pure Cu [3] using the compression test data from [1].
Figures 2a-c show the compression responses in the RD and TD for the three rolling reductions.
Compression curves in the TD and RD for copper pre-rolled to reductions of (a) 18.8%, (b) 39%, (c) 50%.

Reduction in both the nonlinearity index and the amount of δ-Bi2O3 for small amounts of added Bi with the addition of more than approximately 1.25 mol% Sb2O3 demonstrates that Sb inhibits Bi2O3 from forming deep interfacial impurity levels at the grain boundaries.
The reduction with the addition of Y to Bi–Mn–Co–Sb–Si–Cr–Ni-added ZnO varistors (with the same composition as a commercial varistor) is caused by an increase in the number of willemite (Zn2SiO4) particles or by a reduction in the number of spinel Zn2.33Sb0.67O4 particles at the grain boundary between two ZnO grains.
XRD, EDS and BSE analysis results revealed that Bi is incorporated in spinel particles until δ-Bi2O3 eventually disappears as the amount of Sb2O3 was increased for Sample A1 (data not shown).
The V–I characteristics were nonlinear even when 2.5 mol% Y2O3 (data not shown) and approximately less than 1 mol% Sb2O3 were added.
Sample A1 with the optimal amount of Sb2O3 added (1 mol%) exhibited a high varistor voltage and high resistance to electrical degradation; however, the leakage current requires further reduction.

Choose work than scheme is the premise of the index system according to the determined indexes data acquisition.
Data is from the design unit.
Data is from the experts in the field and experts with comprehensive experience and research evaluate indexes for satisfaction score.
Such processing will not change data analysis ability, also accord with the five grade marking system standard for evaluation.
Step 3: Data discretization; For Discrete scores under each evaluation index.

As more than 80% of China’s electricity is produced by coal, electric bus has equal effect as CNG bus on CO2 reduction.
In this paper, the data of Well-to-Pump is referred from reference [6-9].
The data of Pump-to-Wheel is investigated from China’s typical new energy bus demonstration cities.
All the data for the raw material production stage is from basic energy data statistics.
The data for this stage was got from the investigation in several bus companies.

The existence of a reduction peak shows that it can occur in oxygen reduction reactions [14].
The absence of reduction and oxidation peaks of catalyst indicate no reduction and oxidation reaction and free ligands cannot be attributed to metal centers [11, 16].
The qualitative data of CV measurement can be shown in Table 1.
Data was given by CV measurement Sample Capacity (F) Ep.
FeS has no positive effect on oxygen reduction reaction [12, 22].

Thus the problem of high-dimensional data classification can be solved by first mapping the original data into a lower dimensional feature space that reflects the inherent structure of the original data and holds the useful information as much as possible by dimensionality reduction method and then applying a suitable classifier to achieve fault classification in the lower dimensional space.
The locally linear embedding (LLE) algorithm is one of such representative manifold learning methods, to tackle the nonlinear dimensionality reduction problem, which unravels the underlying data manifold in its reduced space based on the assumption that each data point and its neighbors lie on a locally linear patch of the manifold.
The underlying idea of LLE is based on the assumption that data lying on a nonlinear manifold can be viewed as distributing linearly in a local patch if the data are well sampled and lying on a smooth manifold.
Compared with other fault diagnosis methods, this method has several advantages as follows: (1)The method is on the basis of nonlinear dimensionality reduction and can treat high-dimensional nonlinear data, which avoiding “Curse of dimensionality”
The ball bearing data and rotor bed data both are used to validate the proposed approach.

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) had significant effects on mercury removal and Hg0 re-emission rates across WFGD.
Selective catalyst reduction(SCR) systems used with wet FGD scrubbers may enhance mercury capture in the scrubber.
The reduction reaction of Hg2+ by sulfite ion such as HSO3- in weak acid condition was proposed as follows: Eq(1) Sulfite ion was from the absorption of SO2 in the absorber and its concentrations were related to absorbent type, liquid to gas ratio (L/G) in the scrubber, SO2 concentration at FGD inlet and oxidation modes etc [5].
OHM was performed at interval, and the OHM data are shown in Figure 4.
The OHM data shows that the additive has slight control capability in Hg0 re-emission.
