Abstract: Building energy efficiency is quite important for the sustainable development of our community.Based on the analysisof the building environment, building envelope, energy consumption of existing buildings and the economic condition of the region in Tangshan, the energy - saving renovation measures of building envelope and heat supply system is decided.
Background In recent years, with China's energy problem becoming more severe, large power consumption- city civil system renovation for energy saving has become the important breach to alleviate our country's problem of the energy sources.
In the early 1990s China began to carry out the energy saving work of northern city civil architecture system renovation, but now in all the northern city's civil construction only 5% of civil buildings are energy-saving buildings.
Energy - saving renovation engineering make a selection of the Tangshan Hebei 1st residential quarters.
It was designed by Shanghai building design institute and constructed by NO.1 construction engineering company in Tangshan. The construction was finished in 1980, and it is the first large-scale residential quarters after the heavy earthquake in Tangshan.

Considering various comprehensive factors, such as feasibility and funds, the shaking table model test has become a method widely used in recent years in structural seismic researches and in the analysis of complex engineering structures.
Shaking Table Model Test Model Design and Production. The structural model is based on the engineering project to be studied and which is designed and produced according to the proportion-using similarity theory to scale down the physical quantities, as shown in Figure 1.

Abstract.
After one hundred years, the French engineer Eiffel built the famous Eiffel Tower, people began to try to build steel structure separate house [1].
To the 1880s, the emergence of structural steel speed up the development of steel structure in building engineering, making steel structure to achieve its second leap in theory and practice in the 1960s [2].
The steel structure began to use in large span heavy industrial plants, large public buildings and towering structures since 1949 in China, and to the 1980s, it had a rapid development and widely used in all areas of civil engineering.
