Along with the development of computer science and technology, and the finite element numerical simulation technology in sheet metal rebound field has been widely used.
According to the material yield strength and test equipment performance, the maximum pressure is 0.9 MPa for this experiment.
We assume part radius as the independent variable and die radius as the unknown quantity, then establish the empirical formula model for springback compensation, the relationship is shown in Equation 1: Y = A ∗ L g ( X ) + B In the above formula, X means part radius, Y means mould radius(the part radius before springback, A and C are related to materials and process parameters.
