Introduction With the progress of material science, engineering ceramics are playing an increasingly important role in the fields of modern manufacturing industries, astronautics, electronics and precision mechanical engineering because of their superior physical and mechanical properties [1].
However, because of their high rigidity, high brittleness and different physical and mechanical properties from metal material, it is hard to process such materials with high efficiency and good quality.
