The integration of materials into fibers structure can be done in several ways.
But the easiest way of integrating new material into fibers structure is by dissolving desired materials into a polymeric solution.
Here, if the polymer solution was considered as the matrix of the composite materials, the newly integrated materials can be considered as the filler.
For polymeric materials usage in electrospinning process, PVA is a good choice of material.

Some types of materials used as binders for inorganic binders have been studied.
Three types of materials were used as the material for the binder solution preparation: powdered sugar; Methyl-hydro-xypropyl-cellulose (MHXCs) Mecellose FMC 2070 with special modification.

The present work was concerned with the study on relationship between the migration level of BPA and thermal-oxidative aging degree of PC used as food and packaging materials.
Introduction Polycarbonate (PC) is a kind of versatile engineering thermoplastic because of its excellent overall performance and widely used in food containers and packaging materials.
Those works provided a theoretical basis for judging PC material’s processing and safety time of use.

Controlled Synthesis LaPO4 Nanorods via a Hydrothermal Route Jie Dai1, a, Kaili Liu2,b and Xia Li*3,c 1,2,3 College of Materials Science and Technology, Qingdao University of Science & Technology, Qingdao 266042, PR China adaijieyt@163.com, bqustliukaili@gmail.com, clixqust@163.com Keywords: Hydrothermal route, Nanorods, Luminescence, Lanthanum phosphate Abstract.
LaPO4 nanorods have been selectively synthesized via a hydrothermal route, using La(NO3)3·6H2O and NaH2PO4 as raw materials, without using any catalyst or template.
Recently, research into Eu3+-doped lanthanum phosphates (LaPO4: Eu3+) became an active field due to their excellent performance and these materials have been intensively applied in many fields[9,10].

The electromagnetic field produced will pass through the material under test and the impedance value of the sensor will changed according to the properties of the material under test[9].
The model consist of one subdomain known as material under test.
This is due to change of material properties and indicated that the sensors are sensitive to material changes and can be used as estimators of material properties.
