Abstract.
The application field have been gradually broadened through the combination of the short fibre reinforcements (SF) with warm pressing technique for CFRP green body, which represented a remarkable turning point in the development of C/C-SiC to economically produce components for civil and automotive application such as brake pads and brake discs [5].

Introduction
Engineering structures are designed to withstand in excess of the dynamic and static loads they may
be expected to experience during their life spans.
Lighting columns, whilst modest in many ways compared to some large and costly civil and aerospace structures, pose a real threat to personal injury [1].

The researches indicate that recycling of asphalt pavements can offer engineering, economic and environmental benefits, increasingly being used as one of the major rehabilitation methods by various highway agencies all over the world[4-7].
However, there are greater differences on long-term pavement performance of different central plant hot mix recycled asphalt roads, some of that appear diametrically opposite results from years of engineering practice. The reasons are various.

Introduction
The status of composite material in engineering applications is in continually increasing these years.
Fiber matrix combinations are employed in the automotive and aircraft industries, for the construction of space structures, in civil engineering structures like footbridges….
Christensen [2] and Gibson [3] for examples present the constitutive relations for different types of anisotropy based on engineering constants.
