The mathematical model of dieless drawing control speed
There are two dieless drawing models of variable section pipes as shown in fig.1.One end of a pipe is fixed, the induction heating coil was used for heating local materials to reach high temperature, then drawing another end of the pipe at a certain speed V1 while moving the induction heating coil and the cooling nozzle synchronously at certain speed V2 toward the opposite (or same) V1 direction, spraying coolant to cool quickly for the deformed part.
Experimental Study Experiment study of variable section pipe was carried out in the dieless drawing test machine, the test material was carbon steel pipe,Φ 14mm × 2.5mm.

The Preparation of Red Mud Lightweight Ceramsite

Abstract.
Lightweight ceramsite as a lightweight aggregate, has good thermal insulation properties, low bulk density, sound insulation, resistance of corrosion and high temperature, and can be used to produce new wall materials.
The formation process of lightweight ceramsite structure is that a series of chemical reactions of the raw materials (including the red mud, fly ash, etc.) occurd, which make green body to have a certain viscosity.
In this process, the gasses were released in raw materials, and expanded in the liquid phase to form a porous lightweight ceramsite structure[2].
Test proportion of materials was shown in Table 4.

In this paper, method of designing an Ultrasonic Tomography System due to the propagation manner of ultrasonic wave inside the various materials is investigated.
