The product reliability indicators have clear requirements in the mechanical product design, the manufacturing process of mechanical products through the scientific integration process elements of materials processing becomes a practical product, but also the reliability of mechanical product design stage to achieve the process.
The conditions laid down mechanical manufacturing process in which time prescribed external conditions, including personnel, equipment, materials, processes, measurements, and production environment conditions.
The material condition refers to the condition of the main materials and auxiliary materials play a supporting role in the manufacturing without a product entity requires entities constitute a product (work piece).
Conditions of measurement refer to the process of detection of raw materials, production process control, product quality inspection, and environmental monitoring requirements required conditions.
Because of its special requirements, the nuclear industry continued to adopt new materials, new processes, and new structures.

Study on Pad Conditioning Parameters in Silicon Wafer CMP Process Zhaozhong Zhou1,2,a, Julong Yuan2,b , Binghai Lv 2,c and Jiajin Zheng1,d 1 West Branch of Zhejiang University of Technology, Quzhou,China, 324000 2 Ultra-precision Machining Research Center, Zhejiang University of Technology, Hangzhou,.China, 310014 a zzz8226@tom.com, b jlyuan@zjut.edu.cn, c lu-bt@sohu.com, d zjj@qzc.cn Keywords: Chemical mechanical planarisation (CMP), Pad conditioning, Material removal rate (MRR), Non-uniformity (UN), Orthogonal experiments design Abstract.
The study shows that the surface structure can be regenerated by breaking up the glazed areas with conditioner, MRR(Material Removal Rate) can be maintained at high level with proper pad conditioning, and UN(Non-uniformity)can also improved.
Fig.1 Schematic illustration of pad conditioning employed in CMP process Pad Surface Grazing and Conditioning During CMP process, the pad surface will be grazed in absence of conditioning, in other words the pores and concaves on pad surface will be filled up with removed material, abrasive grits and chippings from pad itself, which results in abilities deterioration in slurry and removed material transportation, mechanical action and chemical environment maintaining.

Elastic and plastic material behavior and material pile-up are neglected.
On this account no elastic material deformation of the applied material was detected.
The pile-up results from the plastic material deformation of the material.
At a higher cutting speed the ratio of material cut off and the material pile-up increases, since the material strain rate is not sufficient and more material is cut.

With the strong emphasis on environmental awareness, it has brought much attention in the development of recyclable and environmentally sustainable composite materials since the last decade.
Thus, they are complex materials that their microstructure, physical and chemical characteristics, mechanical and thermal properties are not easily defined experimentally to date [2,3].
