The parameters affecting the surface finish are found as Spindle speed, feed rate, Depth of cut, number of passes, work piece material, and lubrication [1-8].
The strength and good mechanical properties make the 6063 aluminium alloy appropriate for the use in aerospace industry.
The chemical composition and mechanical properties of the work piece material is given in Table 1.
Table 1 Chemical composition and mechanical properties of Aluminium 6063 alloy Chemical Composition Copper Silicon Manganese Other Iron Aluminium 0.10% 0.20% 0.45% 0.45% 0.35% Balance Mechanical Properties Tensile Strength (Mpa) Yield stress (Mpa) Density (kg/cm3) Thermal conductivity (w/m-k) Elongation (%) Hardness (HV 100) 241 214 2.7 200 12 83 The work piece material, as shown in Figure 1, was of size 98mm×98mm×10mm, on which 9 pockets of size 16mm×16mm were milled based on selected parametric values, using VF-2 HAAS milling machine with 16mm diameter Carbide four flute end mill cutting tool.
The percent contributions of the milling parameters on the surface roughness and Material removal rates are shown in Table 10 and Figure 3. spindle speed (45.39%) was found to be the major factor affecting surface roughness and material removal rates, whereas feed rate (43.83%) & depth of cut (7.71%) , were found to be the second, and third ranking factors respectively. 4.3 Confirmation Test After evaluating the optimal parameter settings, the next step is to predict and verify the enhancement of quality characteristics using the optimal parametric combination.

The mechanical properties and microstructure of modified mortar and concrete using Carbon NanoTubes (CNT) are experimentally studied at 7, 14, 28 and 90 curing days.
One of the most important properties achieved by CNT, in civil engineering applications, is their capability to confer a mechanical reinforcement to cement based structural materials [9-10].
Table.1 summarizes CNT properties.
Table.1 Properties of carbon nanotubes (CNT).
As the mechanical behaviour is negatively affected by the pore content, we suggest that improvement of strength is due to a reduction of the porosity role.

These results indicate advantage crosslinking of the improved mechanical properties.
The factors affecting the changes of polyethylene by irradiation are the molecular weight distribution, branching, degree of unsaturation, and morphology. [1-3] The aim of this paper is to study the effect of ionizing radiation with different doses, on micro-mechanical properties of polythelyne (LLDPE) and compare these results with those of non-irradiated samples.
The micro-mechanical properties of surface layer of LLDPE modified by beta radiation improved significantly.
The highest values of micro-mechanical properties were reached at radiation dose of 99 kGy.
It also proved the fact that higher doses of radiation do not have very positive effects on the micro-mechanical properties, on the contrary due to degradation processes the properties deteriorate.

The paper presents some general aspects of adhesives used in the automotive industry, the method used to determine mechanical properties, and the advantages compared to the traditional technology used.
The first part of the paper focuses on the determination of the mechanical properties of adhesives used in the automotive industry.
On the other hand, the mechanical strength of the system depends not only on interfacial forces, but also on the properties of the interface region [2, 3].

The chosen alloy was FLC 4908 according MPIF Standard 35 because it shows the ability to promote the formation of martensite and bainite during cooling from the sinter temperature and it is the most important factor to optimize the microstructure and therefore the mechanical properties besides lower cost.
As expected, FLC-4908 has shown higher mechanical properties than brass alloy studied.

However, in fact it is not so, affected by all kinds of factors, these parameters all have the uncertain factors.
Especially the bearing’s equivalent dynamic load, it is affected to some extent by the working condition, installation level, ubrication status, accuracy of manufacture, etc. factors, these factors are all vague concept.
Among the factors, PM is affected by working conditions and it has biggish discreteness, thus it has the most notable fuzziness.
Assume there are m factors affecting average equivalent dynamic load, factor set can be expressed as M={u1,u2,u3,…,um}.
According to the differences between properties of affection factors and affection degree, the factors can be divided n levers .

Results and discussion 3.1Morphological analysis A good dispersion of the nanofiller into the polymeric matrix is a key factor in improving the mechanical properties of the LPA6/OMMT composites[14].
Fig. 3Effect of clay content on XRD patterns of PA6/PS/EPR matrix nanocomposite. 3.4 Mechanical properties Mechanical properties of materials are closely related to the perfection of crystallization of the Matrix and the interfacial adhesion force of the Matrix and the filler, what’s more is dispersion of the filler in the matrix[21].
The mechanical properties of low melting point LPA6/OMMT blends, such as tensile strength(σb), flexural strength(σf),Notched impact strength reported in Fig4, Fig5,Fig6, respectively.

Its physical and mechanical properties such as lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal and electrical conductivity make it a suitable material choice for these applications.
Introduction Manufacturing microchannels on aluminum alloys is an area of growing interest due to the unique properties of aluminum and its alloys for chemical, mechanical, and electronic cooling applications [1],[2].
The mechanical properties elongation at break points 12.0-25.0% and tensile strength is 290 MPa.
Additionally, laser power can influence the degree of thermal damage to the surrounding material, further affecting the microchannel width.
The dependence of the channel depth on these factors can be attributed to the physics of laser-material interaction during microchannel fabrication.

However, water contact angle was not affected with it.
Chitosan possesses good mechanical properties, thus its film is tough, long-lasting, flexible and difficult to tear.
The Effect of Coating Layer Density It is a fact that the final barrier properties of coated paper is affected by chitosan concentration, beeswax composition and drying temperature.
An indirect factor, coating layer density which was calculated based on the coating weight and thickness, was used to combine these three direct factors together.
