In this way, this research on the wear rules has the important practical significance As with the excellent synthetical performance such as high strength, heat resistance(1670-1770K), good thermal conductivity and chemical inertia on iron and its alloy, as one of the superhard cutting tools,PCBN has become a much more appropriate engineering material[2],which is suitable for high speed machining especially .The mechanism of tool wear has become more complicated with the increasing speed and temperature[3-7].
