As the result of the crystallized samples investigation, the microcrystalline highly entropic Ba(Fe,Mn,Ni,Ti,Al)12O19 and (Ba,Pb,Sr)(Fe,Mn,Ti,Ni,Al)12O19 phases appearing was detected.
Experiment The study was carried out for systems of the following qualitative composition: (Ba,Pb,Sr,Ca,Zn)Fe12O19; Ba(Fe,Mn,Ni,Ti,Al)12O19; (Ba,Pb,Sr)(Fe,Mn,Ti,Ni,Al)12O19; (Ba,Pb,Sr,Ca,Zn)(Fe,Mn,Al)12O19.
First of all, this refers to the obtained compositions of Ba(Fe,Mn,Ni,Ti,Al)12O19 and (Ba,Pb,Sr)(Fe,Mn,Ti,Ni,Al)12O19.

MA of Fe–Al based alloys has been the subject of a considerable number of studies; Fe–Al–Ni [16], Fe–Al–Ti [17], Fe-Al-Cu [15].
However, any works concerning MA process of ternary Fe–Al–Sn powders have been conducted.
It is interesting to indicate that the lattice parameter of Fe(Al) obtained by [20] is smaller than that of Fe (Al, Sn).
Between 12 and 16 h of milling there is a increase of Ms since the Al and Sn react gradually with Fe forming a supersatured solid solution (SSS) of Fe(Al,Sn).

In this work, the intermetallic phases in the surface layers of titanium were formed by Al ions.
Dependences of the thickness of Ti surface layers implanted with Al ions on implantation time and irradiation doses (b).
An improvement in the mechanical properties is observed in the area most approaching the surface, which is caused by the formation of nanodimensional intermetallic phases, oxides and the solid solutions of Al in Me and also by the formation of a multicomponent protective film for the Ti–Al system.

Studies undertaken by Ghanem et al. reported that the microcracks occurring at the surface of materials machined by EDM are induced through residual traction forces caused by deformations produced due to phase transformation and thermal effects [15].
In accordance to Cusanelli et al. [16], the  carbides are typically found on the top section of the white layer, near the workpiece surface, where the carbon content is the highest.

Oxley et al. [4, 5] studied the shear angle, rake angle, tool and material friction in the establishment of the orthogonal cutting model and cutting mechanism in the process of the analysis, taking the work hardening into consideration.
T.I.El-Wardany [7] carried out the study on the surface residual stress, hardness and surface microstructure of hardened steel in high-speed machining, which showed feed rate and cutting depth had less effects, while the cutting tool radius and belt width of flank wear had greater effects.
For alloy steel, the less of Co, Mo, W, Al and other alloy elements are, the smaller degree of the plasticity and the hardening is.
