Abass et al. [5] reported a surface modification method in which TiC layer was formed on titanium by using green compact electrode during EDM.
Fig. 2 shows the SEM/EDX spectra of the EDMed surface containing C, O, Al, Cr, Fe and Co in their peaks.

The Castasil-37 alloy used for this purpose is a new development from the Al-Rheinfelden
company [1].
An average el ongation at rupture of just below 3 % with a permanent elongation limit of 120 N/mm2 w as the result.

Sabir et al. that the principal pozzolanic reaction occurs between AS2 and CH that is derived
from the reaction of Portland cement with water.
The similar results have been obtained in the investigations by M.Saad Morsy et al. [5].
MIP Analyses at the Age of 28 days In their investigation, M.O'Farrell et al. have concluded that with the addition of pozzolanic material to the mix, CH produced by the hydration of cement reacts with the pozzolan and produces additional C-S-H gels which have a pore blocking effect further refining the pore structure.

Introduction
GH4169 is a Ni-Cr-Fe base superalloy strengthened primarily by ordered body centred tetragonal γ″-Ni3Nb and ordered face centred cubic γ′-Ni3(Al, Ti)-precipitates[1].
Minor contents of Al and Ti are also present.

Yang et al. [10] prepared a ZrB2 precursor via sol-gel process using zirconium n-propoxide (zirconium oxychloride), sucrose (phenolic resin) and boric acid as the sources of zirconium, carbon and boride, respectively.
