Considering the situation of contraction of teaching hours and reduction of research funding in university, it should not occupy extra classes as far as possible. 
A series of links and steps of practice ,including: consulting literature and data, reporting the topics of project, designing steps of the research, implementing it, and writing papers and a concluding report, enables students to learn a lot of things that they can’t learn from the simple classroom, inspires the students’ independent thinking and awareness of innovative, improves their scientific literacy greatly, and makes some students with a strong ability to stand out,  and a good foundation for research work in the future.

Based on the suitable building energy-saving insulation systems, this paper tries to figure out a better energy saving design scheme, so as to maximize the reduction of operating energy consumption and realize the minimum operating energy consumption of the public building.
