Introduction Attention is currently paid to the synthesis of rare earth silicates which is a suitable host lattice for luminescence materials with high physical and chemical stablity.
The main starting materials for the synthesis were La2O3, Eu2O3 (99.99%), Li2CO3, MgCO3and HNO3 (A.R.).

However, the mechanism and process of fatigue failure under variable amplitude loading conditions is random in nature owing to a variety of indeterminable factors in materials as well as external environments.
Many issues related to statistical characteristics of fatigue have been involved, such as the combined randomness of loading process and fatigue resistance of materials(H.

Steady state non linear FE analysis including both material and geometrical non linearities is used to determine the ultimate strength of the dented plates.
The dimensions and material properties of the structural steel plate [7] [9][10] are Length (a) = 500 mm, Width (b) = 500 mm, Thickness (t) = 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 mm, Young’s modulus (E) = 2.058 x 105 N/mm2, Yield stress (σy) = 313.6 N/mm2, Poisson’s ratio (ν) = 0.3, Mass density (r) = 7800 kg/m3, Zero strain hardening effect is assumed.
