Understanding the nature of these relationships is essential to determine the nature interaction. tires and road surface This paper presents experimental results hardness of tires under normal traffic using a mobile measuring equipment.
One of the most important research areas in terms of improving safety are issues related to the processes occurring in the area of wheel contact with the road.
Transfer from point F to C took place in non-urban traffic (no traffic lights, a small number of collision intersections, the average speed of 60 km/h).

Pedestrian expose a high risk in traffic accidents relative to driver and passenger.
In China, traffic accident detection technology started relatively late.
The research work in this paper offers an effective and convenient method to study the simulation of traffic accident.

But at the same time, the highway traffic is increasingly showing a trend of high speed driving, traffic in the dense and driving personnel not professionalism.
So people is getting more and more attention to the traffic safety problems now.
All these techniques can reduce the traffic accidents in a certain extent.

So building an integrated urban emergency system is imperative, which integrates public security, rescue, urban traffic, and fire protection[3].
That is the original 110 police, Fire Alarm 119, 120 Fist Aid, 122 traffic police etc.
Emergency special data mainly includes emergency related business (public health, public safety) and other thematic layers.

According to analysis of accident statistics in china, 40%~80% serious traffic accident is caused due to fatigue driving, and more than 6000 traffic accidents occur every year because of fatigue driving that caused more than 3000 deaths that is 3% of death in all traffic accident[1].
Many unskilled drivers caused by the differences in training quality have brought great safety trouble to the traffic.
The driver feels some fatigue and reduces the attention to safety.

Pavement surface condition in Indonesia is measured using the International Roughness Index (IRI).
IRI was first introduced in international road roughness experiment carried out in Brazil [12].
Aside of imposing overload damage to the road, overload can also results in disturbance to the environment, such as pollution and declining road safety.

Introduction Bridge is an important part of road traffic engineering.
There are a variety of bridge projects in all kinds of traffic.
Bridge maintenance and management to the safety of the bridge itself and to ensure that the vehicle traffic safety, as well as the lives and property of people travel safety are of great importance.
It has great significance to protect the nation and people's life and property safety.

This has naturally lead to extensive studies on the safety of child passengers.
Thus, considerable scope for improvement exists in the current child safety norms for many aspects of side impact situations.
