Abstract:

The Urban Emergency System aims to integrate the emergency response departments, such as police security, fire control, first aid, and traffic police and so on, to conduct the disaster rescue jointly under the command of the municipality. This paper designs the business flow, database, and functional module of the Urban Emergency System Based on 3S spatial information technology.
