Preparation of Ca-substituted α-Sialon Eco-materials by Utilizing Tungsten Molybdenum Bismuth Polymetallic Tailings Yujuan Guo, Fang Lian, Lihua Xu and Hongshun Hao∗ Department of Inorganic Non-metallic Materials, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Beijing 100083, China Keywords: Eco-materials; Tailings; Ca-α-Sialon; Synthesis mechanism Abstract.
Sialon-based materials have excellent high-temperature properties, which are widely used as refractory materials[3-6].
To our best knowledge, the study to use tailings to synthesize α-Sialon based materials is quite few.

Metallic materials with poor plasticity are usually difficult to get effective surface strengthening.
For low-plasticity materials, this would be an interesting discovery for SSPD technology.

With the emergence of the LIGA and UV - LIGA technology, all kinds of metal, ceramic and polymer replacing silicon and silicon compounds have become the commonly used materials in MEMS.
With the development of MEMS technology and the extensive applications of the MEMS devices, it is required that the MEMS materials can have good mechanical properties to adapt to the harsh environment.
The system is capable of dynamic and static tests for a variety of materials and components.
