Today, many comprehensive reviews summarize experimental data and theoretical results. [1-4] The 3d-TMs in Si occupy preferentially the tetrahedral (Td) interstitial site, where they can be present in different charge states.[5] Interstitial TMs (TMi) can be trapped in a vacancy and form a substitutional TMs (TMS). [6] In earlier studies, we were able to identify by DLTS the level positions of isolated TMs and of TM-H complexes from the depth profiles of the levels.
The correlation to Cos, Coi, CoB pairs or hydrogen complexes are based on sample preparation, defect concentrations, level positions, capture cross sections, depth profiles and annealing data.
An extended analysis of the LDLTS data will be published soon.[30] Hydrogen contamination can be avoided by annealing the wet chemically etched samples at 350°C for 2 hours in argon atmosphere.[29] Figure 7.
Buchwald et al. [31] proposed a reduction in the Poole-Frenkel effect if the center exhibits a thermally activated capture cross section.

Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) is the result of observations of ATph 33277 Porphyromonasgingivalis colonies which shows a reduction in the amount at the smallest concentration and the Minimum Kill Concentration (KBM) is assessed from observations of the number of Porphyromonasgingivalis ATCC 33277 colonies with the result of 0% bacterial colonies at 70% ethanol extract concentration of the lowest Bidurileaves (Calotropisgigantea).14 2.9.
Statistical analysis Data analysis was performed with the SPSS software.
The research data were analyzed with the One Way ANOVA test with p < 0,05 to test the antibacterial potential of 70% ethanol extract of Biduri leaves (Calotropisgigantea) against the Porphyromonasgingivalis ATCC 33277.

Data are consisting of all information about production line, such as type of materials selection of tubes that used, cycle time of process, waste quantity and cost.
Main focus is on waste reduction inventory control, and then saving cost [14].

INTRODUCTION Industries, particularly in the aeronautics and aerospace sector, have great interest in the implementation of lighter materials with a high degree of reliability, low maintainability so that, consequently, there is reduction of operating costs.
The solid layers were also bounded by Partition function, but now there is a particular situation, the presence of crack between the outer layers oriented at 90°, whose lengths are specified by applying the method of least squares on the experimental data.

Reduced vehicle weight along with powertrain efficiency, are directly related to improved fuel consumption and CO2 emission reduction.
Data were recorded by means of a PC driven Solartron 1286 potentiostat.
There is a considerable variation in the experimental UV/Visible data of PPy and Py oligomers.
On combining polymer and oligomers reported data, both experimental and theoretical [13], the spectral features of Py (Fig. 6a) suggest oligomerization up to at least six rings in 15 days, indicated by the broad band at about 590 nm.

Comparing Fig.3, E with A demonstrates that, in line with the literature [16], there is an increase in the number of dimples brought on by the reduction in grain size.
Moulay Rachid Kabiri and Fatima Ezzohra El Garchani handled the material preparation, data collecting, and analysis.

In Fig. 4 the TDIF data in terms of of sample A (as received condition) are shown, the resonance frequency 1− Q f is plotted on the right axis.
From our experiments we got eV and s which is in agreement with literature data [14] for the SK-peak.
Fitting of two Debye peaks to experimental data.

The potential parameters used for LaMnO3 had been fitted, which can well reproduce the experimental crystal structure of LaMnO3 with the differences in lattice parameters between the calculated and experimental data less than 0.5%, as show in Table 1 [24,27].
The newly fitted potential parameters for SrMnO3 also provide good crystal structure: the differences in lattice parameters and bond lengths of SrMnO3 between calculated and experimental data are less than 0.001 Å [24].
We also compared the average Mn-O1 and Mn-O2 bond lengths of our Wigner-crystal configurations with the experimental results (at 200 K) refined from neutron data with a Wiger-crystal model in [30].
Upon doping, the bond-length splitting in La1-xSrxMnO was significantly reduced when x increased from 0 to 0.3, and this reduction may be attributed to the partial charge transfer between the Mn ions by the double exchange mechanism [34].

The calculated results are listed in Table 1 with available experimental and other theoretical data.
The lattice constants calculated are in agreement with the experimental and theoretical data [13, 20 - 22].
Because the GGA results in a well-known underestimation of the band gap due to the underestimation of conduction band state energies, the band gap is corrected with a scissors operator according to the experimental data [6, 23].
In the reflectivity curve, the topmost peak appears at around 14 eV, and the value of reflectivity close to 100% reveals the metallic property in this range, then there is an abrupt reduction at the position of about 15 eV.
