Effect of the sputtering presser on structural and optoelectrical prperties of ZnO: Ga films deposited on flexible Substrates by DC magnetron sputtering

They are widely used in flexible liquid crystal displays, plastic thin film solar cells, transparent electro magnetic shielding materials and unbreakable heat reflecting mirrors, etc [1].
A sintered ceramic with a mixture of ZnO and Ga2O3(both of 99.99% purity) was employed as source materials.
