Due to the wider bandgap and higher thermal conductivity of InP materials, the InP DHBTs have much higher breakdown voltage and lower thermal resistance compared with InP SHBT.

Analysis on Turbulent Debris Flow’s Movement Energy in Circulation Area LIU Li 1, a, WEI Qing Hua2,b 1 College of Applied Science and technology, Chongqing Jiaotong University, Chong Qing, 400074, P.R.China 2 Chongqing Jiao Tong Survey and Design Institute, Chong Qing, 400042, P.R.China allwwqqhh@163.com, bqhwei20005@163.com Key words: turbulent debris flow, circulation area, energy Analysis Abstract: The gully shapes of Debris flow are generally classified into formation area, circulation area and accumulation area, these three sections .
Mudslides forming region are generally located on the upstream watershed for more segments, high mountains around it, a funnel-shaped mountain basin, forming zone often provides initial material sources and part of power for mud-rock flow.
The circulation area is generally located on middle reaches, many canyon terrains, in which the channel is narrow, groove bed is big and loose accumulation material is rich.
